Tucked into the quiet mountainside of Cobbly Nob, this four-bedroom home pairs a full home gym with an infrared sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub — a genuine wellness retreat just minutes from Gatlinburg, sleeping up to 14 guests.
This is a place built around feeling better, not just staying somewhere nice.
ARRIVAL & FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Set in the quiet mountainside community of Cobbly Nob, the home settles into its surroundings immediately — sunlight through the trees, mountain views beyond the treetops, and a stillness that's hard to find elsewhere. The home opens warmly to families, couples, and wellness seekers alike.
THE LIVING SPACES
The living room centers around a gas fireplace beneath a stone hearth, with plush furniture arranged for genuine unwinding. A smart TV and warm, mountain-modern furnishings round out a space built for slowing down at the end of the day.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with sleek countertops, warm cabinetry, and everything needed for both elaborate group meals and simple mornings before a hike. A dining area with soft overhead lighting and forest views invites longer meals and slower conversations, with a private powder room just steps away.
THE SUITES
The home offers four bedrooms sleeping up to 14 guests, split across two upper-level wings.
Primary Suite: Queen-over-queen bunks, private ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, private porch with mountain views
King Suite: King bed, private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
Two King Bedrooms: Each with a king bed, sharing a spacious hallway bathroom with a large walk-in shower
The primary suite's private porch is worth noting on its own — a quiet spot for morning coffee or a last look at the stars before bed.
WELLNESS & RESTORATION
The downstairs gym is a genuine training space — rubber flooring, a full REP rack, dumbbells, a SkiErg, Assault Bike, and Concept2 rower, with a half bathroom built in so the routine never has to break. Outside, an infrared sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub form a complete wellness sequence beneath the open sky.
YOUR PRIVATE GROUNDS
A custom fire pit anchors the evenings, with a propane grill and a large playground giving the whole group, kids included, room to spend the day outside. The terrace and yard are built so adults can genuinely relax while kids play safely nearby — a rarer balance than it sounds.
THE SURROUNDING AREA
The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is just a few miles away for hiking and wildlife viewing, and downtown Gatlinburg is about 20 minutes out for shopping and entertainment. Anakeesta and the Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts Community make for an easy day trip, and The Peddler Steakhouse and Pancake Pantry are local favorites worth the short drive. Dollywood is about 40 minutes away for a fuller day out.
