Lunabase presents Bluebird Days, a new vacation rental nestled in the pine trees and walking distance to the lake!

Take a dip in the hot tub, fire up the outdoor BBQ grill, gather under the patio string lights, and make s’mores by the firepit. Most of all, it's about the memories you'll make together.

The home backs up to wilderness and hiking trails, hike to Paige Meadows (a favorite locals' spot 😉)

Wellness is part of the rhythm—restful sleep with premium mattresses, Brooklinen sheets, and plush robes for ultimate relaxation. Along with simple ways to reset, from stretching with provided yoga mats and foam rollers to arranging in-home treatments if desired.

The location keeps everything close, but it never feels hurried. A short drive to town for dining and shops, a walk or drive to the lake, enjoy one of the many Tahoe beaches.

If you’d like to shape the experience further, additional touches can be arranged—from stocked groceries, paddleboards, childcare essentials, or small celebrations—handled quietly in advance.

The home is professionally maintained and reset between each stay, with support available when needed.

-Placer County mandates a 12% transient occupancy tax that is applied
-We follow Placer County Good Neighbor Practices
-Please observe quite hours from 10pm-9am
-A $1500 security deposit hold is required post booking, before check-in. If no damage is found it is released within 3 days of your checkout. It is a pre-authorized hold, not a charge. See Airbnb Article 140 that pertains to security deposits.
