At home in the little sweet white one, you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a distinctly 70s feel with the benefits of today's modernity. Outside, you'll find amazing proximity to Mercy Hospital, the greens club, and all the goodness that the uptown area of Oklahoma City has to offer, like access to Martin nature Park minutes away, and Lake Hefner, a few minutes more than that down the road. Fire pit, small spa, and amenities for days.

This is one half of a duplex, which is also available as a larger-property lease.

When leasing The Smaller Stay you're getting a completely self-contained private home with a 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cute and well stocked kitchen, living, and dining space, an upstairs den with arcade system, and an exterior setup with a small spa and fire pit.

You'll have access to the home through the front door or (when applicable) through the garage door.

Garage usage is complimentary for guests booking 30 day stays or longer OR is available for shorter stays at a surcharge.

The morning of check-in, if not before, you will receive a text message and/or a message on the platform giving you the access code for the property and the House Book.

The Greens is a locally beloved neighborhood in NW Oklahoma City that gives you great access to the Kilpatrick Turnpike (running East and West through the metro, circling down to Yukon westward and plumb near to Tulsa eastward). You''ve also got quick access to the Hefner parkway through NW 112nd and with Mercy Hospital, unlimited food, and good recreation so close by it's not hard to see why The Green is a local fav!
