Parking: This residence does not include garage parking. Street parking on Western Ave and the surrounding blocks is metered or resident-permit only and is not available to guests. If you're arriving with a car, message us before you book and we'll tell you what's available in the building and nearby.

We manage this home ourselves, and we are available for the entire stay.

Before you arrive you'll get your door code, directions, parking details, and everything else you need in one message — nothing to chase, no one to meet. We check in once shortly after you've settled to make sure the apartment is right. After that we stay out of your way.

If anything comes up, from a burned-out bulb to a question about the neighborhood, message us. We respond throughout the day, usually within the hour, and we'd rather hear about a problem on day one than read about it in a review.

THE BUILDING

Two rooftop decks with skyline views. A private movie room. A residents lounge with a pool table. Elevator access to every floor. Trash and recycling are on the ground floor of the garage.

FULLY DIGITAL ACCESS

Every guest in your party can have their own code. No key handoff, no lockbox, no one waiting in the lobby, no one stuck outside because someone else has the key. Codes are active only for the dates of your reservation.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Across the street: Star Market, open 6 AM to 11 PM daily, with a pharmacy and a Starbucks inside. On the same block: Ariana for Afghan and Perilla's for Korean. Five minutes up Western Ave: Pavement Coffeehouse. Ten minutes on foot: the Charles River Speedway, home to Notch Brewery and Pizza Project.

Fitness: there is no gym in the building, but Fitness and Fuel is next door at 390 Western, Amplify Fitness is four minutes away, and NB Fitness Club at Boston Landing is fifteen.

Outdoors: the Charles River and the riverside running and cycling path are directly across Soldiers Field Road.

GETTING AROUND

The MBTA 70 bus stops directly outside our door and runs straight down Western Ave into Central Square, Cambridge, which is a Red Line station. From there you are a few stops from Harvard Square, MIT, and downtown.

Boston Landing commuter rail is a ten minute walk, on the Framingham/Worcester line into Lansdowne at Fenway, Back Bay, and South Station.

On foot: Harvard's Science and Engineering Complex, 14 minutes. Boston Landing and New Balance headquarters, 12 minutes. Warrior Ice Arena, 13 minutes. Harvard Business School, 21 minutes.

By car, approximate: Mount Auburn Hospital 7 minutes. Boston Medical Center Brighton 8 minutes. Harvard Square 10 minutes. Boston University 10 minutes. MIT 15 minutes. Longwood Medical Area, including Brigham and Women's, Boston Children's, Dana-Farber, and Beth Israel Deaconess, 15 to 20 minutes. Mass General 20 minutes. Logan Airport 25 minutes.

Our team manages this home. Building front desk and property management staff do not have access to the apartment and cannot assist with anything inside it. For anything at all, from a burned out bulb to a lost code, message us directly. We reply throughout your stay, usually within the hour.

SECURITY

A doorbell camera at the front door monitors the entry and the shared hallway immediately outside the unit. Audio recording is disabled. There are no cameras or recording devices of any kind inside the apartment.
