Please note: As our home is nestled in the Poconos, it’s possible to see or hear local wildlife such as mice, chipmunks, squirrels, bugs/spiders/ants, deer, raccoons, or even the occasional bear. We do our best to prevent indoor visits with routine pest control, but nature is all around here!

HOUSE SUPPLIES
We provide a starter supply of essentials including dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper to help you settle in comfortably. For longer stays or larger groups, we recommend bringing additional supplies, as mid-stay replenishments are not provided.

SMART TVs
Streaming services are not included. Guests are welcome to log into their personal streaming accounts during their stay.

FIREPIT
Firewood is not included but can be purchased in advance to ensure it is available upon arrival. Please contact us directly for arrangements.

FIREPLACE

The downstairs fireplace is for display only and may not be used.
The living room fireplace is fully functional for guest use.

POOL

Seasonal pool access is available from approximately mid-May through September. This pool is not heated.
We recommend bringing additional pool or hot tub towels if needed.

LAUNDRY AREA

Washer and dryer are available for guest use.
Some leftover supplies may be available from previous guests, but we recommend bringing any laundry essentials you may need during your stay.

GRILL / BBQ
Please clean and cover the grill after use.
