About the property

Welcome to our brand new construction home located in the heart of the Mt. Washington Valley. When building this house, we cut no corners and opted into quality and luxury whenever possible. We had a dream for this home and now it's finally available for our guests to visit and enjoy. With ample space, our home caters perfectly for 1 or 2 families to spread out and make memories that will last forever. Only 2 min from downtown N. Conway and 1 min to Cranmore, it's the perfect jumping off point!

Our 4 bedroom 3 full bath is spacious and fully equipped. We will provide you with everything you will need in order to have an amazing and memorable time.

You will have access to everything in the house and nothing is shared.

We live right in town if you need anything at all!

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.
ESA's are not exempt from the additional cleaning fee.

Among our very favorite AirBNBs ever! (And over the past 5+ years we've stayed in 30 different ones.). Everything about this place is current, with the most up-to-date furniture, kitchen appliances, etc. First class all the way to even include the bedroom blinds. We had never stayed in the White Mountains before, and even though North Conway (and this location as well) is mostly a winter skiing destination, it's wonderful in the summertime as well. The proximity to the ski lodge (easily walkable) and town (a long walk or very short drive) makes it ideal. Yet it also feels private. The kitchen has all of the amenities you could hope for, and unlike 95% of AirBNBs the fireplace is actually functional with firewood supplied. It has a top floor master bedroom that provides privacy from other guests and family. And it has a downstairs 'kids' room that gives some distance from the adults if needed, and is fully furnished with kid-friendly games. We love this place!

We had an amazing stay at the Whitaker House. This is the third year we have rented this property. It is located close to the town center and is central to getting to everything in the Conway area. The house is beautiful, clean and well-stocked. There is a creek behind the house. It is just a wonderful place to stay and relax. This is our go-to summer getaway.

This home is even more beautiful than the pictures! It was spacious, clean, nicely appointed, and contained everything you could possibly need during your stay. The setting is tranquil and private, with a gorgeous, large deck overlooking woods and the sounds of a babbling river, yet is also just a moments drive to the center of North Conway- a perfect location. We would love to stay her again in the future!
