Original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and classic details add to its timeless appeal. One dedicated parking space is included. This two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, —perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. A dedicated driveway parking space (shared with unit A) is included for your convenience. Thomas Square Affair is ideally located near restaurants, the city center, and scenic spots. Guests love this space for its high ceilings, welcoming ambiance, and unbeatable location—just a short walk to Savannah’s free DOT shuttle system. During your stay, you’ll have access to all the amenities our home offers, including WiFi, laundry facilities, a TV with online streaming, complimentary towels, and bathroom essentials such as soap, shampoo, and makeup wipes. To get you started, we provide three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. For longer stays or frequent cooking, you may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies. This unit is located on the upper right side of the property. The lower unit—a 1-bedroom, 1-bath rental—is also available and listed as Thomas Square Affair Unit A. Please park in the driveway on the left side of the house (1 parking space provided). You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. Entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up. Please be considerate of the neighborhood and our neighbors. City of Savannah Noise Ordinance for vacation rentals is between the hours of 9pm- 8am. Please remember that sound carries very well throughout Savannah, most especially in courtyards, porches, patios, and verandas.
