We are now accepting dogs! There will be dog bowls, bathroom bags, and a leash provided for you during your stay. Please be sure to include your pet in your guest list when booking. If not, upon arrival we will be immediately requesting the pet fee.
Please read the following rules for your furry friend:
-- You must clean up after your pet outside and inside. If we find any pet poop around or in the property, you will be charged a $250 "pet poop pickup fee."
-- Please do not leave your pet unattended or alone in the house, unless crated.
-- Please do not allow your pet in the hot tub or on our furniture.
-- You are responsible if there is any damage to the property from your pet during your stay.

-- One night stay is $75
-- 2-7 night stay is $150
-- 8+ nights is $250
-- If bringing two pets, we do require an additional $50 to the pet fee.

Public transit: Served by Mountain Metropolitan Transit bus routes along Cache La Poudre, Nevada Ave and nearby arteries; Route 8 and other local routes provide connections to downtown, Citadel Transfer Center and the broader city network. Rideshare/taxis: Readily available in this part of the city. Bike: Local streets and some bike lanes; good for short trips. Car: Recommended for regional travel and visiting sites outside downtown (Garden of the Gods, North Cheyenne Cañon, etc.).
Parking for two vehicles are available in both driveways . Any additional vehicles can park at your own risk on the street.
