This is a spectacular modern timber frame retreat, with high ceilings, vaulted spaces, hardwood floors and all of the high end amenities, including a hot tub, will have you feeling right at home. Conveniently located in a small community, The Falls at Edenderry, just 10-15 minutes to The Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville!
The great room exudes warmth and attention to detail, with the large 2 story stone gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with space for everyone to gather while creating your culinary delights. Step out onto the deck and enjoy the mountain scenery, while creating memories.
With 7 guest rooms, there will be no shortage of space. Everyone is sure to enjoy a peaceful nights rest with all new mattresses and modern, comfortable décor. The lower level has another large living space with a large screen tv and plenty of space for everyone. And then there is the game room with pool, arcade games and more! Out on the patio, you'll find the hot tub, an outdoor gas fireplace to enjoy the cool mountain nights and don't forget about the waterfall with the serene sounds that will be sure to wash over you. you can also meander down to the community Pond and fire pit to toast some s'mores and share stories.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a private and quiet community.Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, military discounts, and trip insurance.
Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.
Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Subject to security screening for verification and authenticity. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
