Timber Ridge Reserve

Timber Ridge Reserve is a brand new 4 bedroom, 4 bath home perched on the mountainside with stunning views of the the Smoky Mountains and Fontana Lake. The house sleeps up to 13 and has plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained with a firepit, hot tub, pool table, shuffle board, poker table and more. This modern mountain cabin was designed to be the perfect place for families and friends to reconnect and make unforgettable memories.

You pull up, put the car in park and it's there. Fontana Lake below the layers of mountains. You let out an exhale and your shoulders drop. That's the whole reason we built here.

Inside, everyone spreads out and then finds each other again. Shuffleboard, cards, a movie with popcorn, the hot tub, s'mores at the firepit. Four bedrooms, four baths, sleeps 13. We're outside the noise and crowds but fifteen minutes from a great dinner in Bryson City, with more waterfalls nearby than you'll get to in a week.

Whether it's a guys'/girls trip, couples trip, or getaway with the kids and grandparents, Timber Ridge Reserve is designed for making memories with your loved ones.

Kids will love Hoot's Hideout- a treehouse-style loft bed designed to make you feel like you're sleeping under the stars. There is a QR code for them to read/hear about some of Hoot's adventures around the reserve. The adults will love the Night Owl Lounge - a moody speakeasy-style lounge perfect for playing some cards or just relaxing and connecting with friends.

Spaces:
*Living Room: When you walk in the front door, your eyes will be drawn to the wall of windows that take full advantage of the mountains and lake view that lie beyond them. It features an 18' tall electric fireplace, perfect for cozying up to in the fall and winter months and a dining table with seating for 8-10 people.

*Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/appliances for all of your cooking needs. Coffee bar with a drip coffee maker, K-Cup maker, and Nespresso machine (includes a starter set of 4 K-Cups and 4 Nespresso pods)

*Primary bedroom has an amazing view of the lake and mountains visible through the 8' glass sliding door, king bed, yoga mats for the deck, smart TV, ensuite with a double vanity, beautiful tiled shower with dual shower heads (rain & wall-mounted), and a walk-in closet.

*Bedroom 2 (upstairs) has a king bed, smart TV, and a full bathroom two steps past the bedroom door.

*The Night Owl Lounge has a beverage fridge, barware, a poker table and a Smart TV.

*Family room/Game room with pool table, shuffleboard, popcorn maker, leather couch, two recliners, and a 75" smart TV for movie nights. Bathroom 3 is a shared full bath off of the game room.

*Bedroom 3 (downstairs) with a king bed, smart TV, view of the lake and mountains, and an ensuite with a tiled shower surround.

• Bedroom 4 (downstairs) has a twin bunk bed with an additional trundle twin underneath, a second bunk bed with a twin bed over a full and Hoot's hideout - the treehouse-style loft bed with a lounger loveseat, twinkle lights and a plush campfire set underneath the loft.

*Hot tub with lounger that seats up to 6 people.

*Fire pit area with string lights, perfect for making s'mores, telling stories, and stargazing.

*Covered upstairs level deck area with gas grill, sectional couch, smart TV, and a gas fire pit.

You'll have access to the whole home (except for a locked owner's closet). There is parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway & parking area.
