Welcome to Top of the World! This peaceful 3 bedroom 2 bath home is perched high above the lake and valley below with over 180 degrees of incredible views. Massive windows in the living area to enjoy the views from inside or hangout on the huge wrap around deck that is partially covered. This home is close to boat launches on Lake Hamilton and Oachita. with its secluded feel, you would never know that you are so close to Downtown and all the other things that Hot Springs has to offer.
The Kitchen is fully stocked and galley style with more storage than you would ever need. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a king sized bed. The second bedroom is on the upper level with a queen bed. The third bedroom is on the lower level with a queen bed and queen over queen bunks.
The lower level features a bar area and to hang out and watch the huge tv.
Parking can be tight especially if you are bringing a boat, so it is ok if you need to drive onto the grass to turn around.
