This beautiful log cabin home on 1.7 acres was extensively renovated Summer 2022 with all new kitchen and baths to provide guests an amazing experience. Unwind on the expansive covered porch, relax by a fire in the cozy great room, or soak in the 8 person outdoor spa while gazing at rows of majestic Smoky Mountains.
Trailblazers Cabin invites you to enjoy everything Western NC has to offer. Enjoy Smoky Mountain adventures, local waterfalls and hiking, or simply relax as you breathe beautiful cool mountain air overlooking the mountain ridge.

LOCATION
15 minutes from downtown Waynesville on a 1.7 acre private property overlooking an apple orchard and beautiful mountain scenery. The property is 35 minutes from the Asheville Regional Airport. Elevation: 3,300' elevation averages a few degrees cooler temperatures than Waynesville!
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Enjoy a beautiful log cabin home with gorgeous views. Feel like you are getting away from it all, while keeping the conveniences of being close to town. New owners have fully renovated and updated the home while maintaining the warm, rustic log cabin feel. Cozy up by the stone wood burning fireplace in the main level great room. The spacious open kitchen is well-stocked with all new appliances, and is bordered by an 8-person granite countertop bar/eating area.
Each bedroom has an attached or adjacent updated bathroom, creating the Ideal setting for multiple families. Two separate living areas, a loft, and 400sq ft covered porch provide ample space to hang out, play games, and make memories together. The lower level includes a large TV, dart board, and two-player 60+ arcade game machine to enjoy. Step off the wrap-around porch outside to find a large stone fire pit perfect for s'mores, a corn hole court, and a children's playground... all overlooking the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountain range.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a very private community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
PETS: This home is dog friendly. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, military discounts, and trip insurance.
Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.
Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Subject to security screening for verification and authenticity. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
