• EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Consumption, purchase, or sale of any illegal substances according to Mexico City's laws is not allowed on the property.
• The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID before arrival, as well as those of all people staying with them. IDs of minors are not required.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
• No events or parties are allowed.
• Loud music is prohibited at all times.
• Removing makeup or any substances using the bath towels is prohibited; if any towel is stained, the respective charge will be applied.
• If you plan to have visitors, please let us know at least one day in advance. It will also be very important to provide us with a photograph of their ID.

• When entering or leaving the property and/or building, please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
