The property will be stocked with basic toiletries, bed linens, kitchen necessities, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.

After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $150.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay.

We were very pleased with this property. Very clean, comfortable beds, great bathrooms, and the kitchen was complete with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and patio area - it is very nice! I highly recommend this place. The hosts were also very responsive.

This was a great stay in North Naples about 10 minutes from our family’s place. For years the only close option was at the Hampton Inn at I-75. So glad that J2K properties has a few units at this location (The Pearl at Founders Square). The unit was nicely stocked with a full kitchen; laundry room with supplies, 2 bedrooms (&3 beds total) and two good sized bathrooms. The pictures are accurate and lots of space for us and our adult kids. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and many very easy to walk to. Amenities-are nice and we used the pool, the gym and got free coffee/lattes in the Brew Room. Super easy entry with a code - easy to remember. Great communication with property owners and very responsible prices! We will be back.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat! This unit is clean, spacious, and the pool is perfect. The owners are so nice and responsive. Closets are huge. I like that the balcony has a screen to prevent bugs. Note that the balcony view is just a parking lot, but it’s nice to have an outdoor space. Each room is equipped with a TV, but just be prepared to log in to your own streaming service if you want live TV (maybe this is standard at airbnbs). The thermostat and ceiling fans work great. Showers, too. An ironing board would be nice. There is a EV charging station in the parking lot, but I couldn’t figure out how to use it. There seems to be one set of elevators, so we eventually found the closest door to park near. The location is about 30 mins from Old Naples, but it’s worth the drive to stay here, and there is plenty of retail and stores nearby if you need anything. You won’t regret booking this place. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!
