This custom-built cabin is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the highly sought-after Powder House Pass subdivision, offering paved road access, beautiful forest views, luxury community amenities, and easy access to some of the best attractions in the Northern Black Hills.
Just minutes from Lead, Deadwood, Terry Peak Ski Area, Spearfish Canyon, the Mickelson Trail, and nearby ATV/snowmobile trail systems, this cabin is the perfect home base for family vacations, ski trips, UTV adventures, and relaxing mountain escapes.

The lower level gives your group even more room to spread out and enjoy the cabin. This second living area includes a TV, mini wet bar, games, and walkout access to the patio and hot tub. Entertainment features include: TV

Sleeping Layout
