This exclusive pairing combines two neighboring luxury homes into one booking, offering the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy in a peaceful mountain setting.

Guests have exclusive access to a private pool, a rare amenity that gives your group a private, resort-style place to relax during your stay. With 13 bedrooms across two full homes, the property is ideal for guests seeking a private estate-style rental with room to spread out, and includes multiple kitchens, spacious living areas, and versatile gathering spaces for meals, activities, and downtime.

• Mountain Haven & Pine Hollow are two neighboring homes located along the same road, allowing guests to walk easily between properties while still enjoying the privacy of separate residences. Their proximity makes it simple for groups to gather for meals, celebrations, and shared time together—without the need to drive.
• Pine Hollow to Mountain Haven is approximately a 1-minute walk (about 130 feet).

Outdoor Features

• Exclusively private access to a custom new 40' x 16' in-ground swimming pool. The new custom pool is conveniently located directly adjacent to the home. The pool is privately used by only the Three Timbers homes: Pine Hollow, Mountain Haven & Winters Haven. It is adjacent to, and easily accessible via a short walk from each home.
• 2 Hot tubs for relaxing after hiking, brewery runs, or Biltmore days
• Private pond (fun for feeding fish and enjoying the scenery)
• 3 Fire pit areas for s'mores and evening stories under the stars
• Mountain community setting at approximately 2,500' elevation
• Guests also have access to the Edenderry Pond, a shared community amenity featuring a small beach area, dock, and community fire pit—a great spot to relax and enjoy the mountain setting. Catch-and-release fishing is welcome, and swimming is permitted at your own risk.

Pool Details

• The swimming pool is open 9am - 9pm in pool season.
• ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Heating is available upon request for $100/day if the average forecasted air temperatures are above 55°F during your stay, and per the “Pool Availability” calendar below.

Pool Availability
May 1 – September 3
* The pool is open and may be heated (target water temp: 81°F) for an additional charge of $100/day. [Please note: actual water temperature may vary depending on weather and may not always reach the set temperature during these months.]

April & October (Shoulder months)
* The pool remains open but is not heated by default. [You may still purchase the $100/day heating option, but that does not guarantee any level of heating or temperature.]

November 1 – March 31
* ​The pool is closed for the season. ​​​​​​​[NO swimming.]

Check-In / Check-Out
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. We're happy to review early and late check requests and will do our best to accommodate. While early check-in or late check-out can't be guaranteed, we always make every effort to honor these requests when availability allows. Paid options may be available.

Pet Policy
Dog-friendly home! Up to two dogs are welcome with a $130 non-refundable pet fee.

Quiet Policy
This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren't permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Extended Stays
Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Cancellation
More than 31 days before arrival = full refund (minus travel insurance premium if purchased).
14–31 days before arrival = initial payment is forfeited.
Within 14 days of arrival (or early departure/shortened stay) = all rent payments are forfeited, with cleaning fees and applicable taxes refunded as required.

Military Discount
We proudly offer a 5% discount to active duty military members and veterans. Proper documentation is required. Reach out to our Guest Experience Team for details.

Last-Minute Bookings
For reservations made within 7 days of arrival, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests.
This includes:

• A clear photo of a government-issued ID
• A full facial selfie of the primary guest holding that ID (must match the reservation name)
• A photo showing the last 4 digits of the payment method in the primary guest's name
  Subject to security screening for verification and authenticity. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
