Two Adjacent Cabins

Welcome to the perfect setup for large groups! These two identical, side-by-side beach houses each feature 3 bedrooms (1 king and 4 queen beds for a total of 10 beds). One house has 2 bathrooms, and the other has 3. Both have similar kitchens and layouts, providing a cohesive experience for up to 18 guests. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach, or a shorter drive, it's ideal for family reunions or group getaways. Book now and enjoy spacious comfort just steps from the shore!

This listing includes two identical houses, each offering a range of comfortable and well-appointed spaces, perfect for large groups of up to 18.

Bedrooms:
4 bedrooms are equipped with 4 queen beds, offering ample sleeping space for guests.
2 master suites feature king beds and private ensuite bathrooms, providing added comfort and privacy.
Living Areas:
Both houses have large living rooms designed for group gatherings, with plenty of seating and open layouts perfect for socializing or relaxing.

Kitchens:
Each house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and everything you need to cook meals for your group.

Additional Features:
Both homes also include laundry rooms, ensuring convenience for longer stays. After a day at the beach, enjoy rinsing off in the outdoor showers, or fire up the charcoal grills for a barbecue.

Close to the Beach:
Located just a short walk from the beach, these homes are perfectly situated for easy access to the shore. Ideal for group vacations, family reunions, or gatherings, these side-by-side homes offer space, comfort, and convenience.

The entirety of the houses are yours to enjoy, with the exception of the attic, the renter’s closet, and the garage of each house.

I won’t be available in person during your stay, but feel free to reach out anytime via the Airbnb app, call, or text. I typically respond right away, but if I’m unavailable, you can expect a reply within 30 minutes at most.

Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay.*
-Maximum occupancy is 18 people. Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registered guests (guests that are on the reservation) are allowed at the house. Any visitors must be disclosed and approved by me.
-DO NOT PARK UNDER THE HOUSES. Park only on the driveway. Be very careful that you do not hit the pilings with your vehicle
-Absolutely NO SMOKING
-No parties or events
-Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property
-Do not leave out any food out that will attract unwanted pests
-Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
-If there's any accidental damage, let me know ASAP and I'll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
-Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours
-If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
-Please do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor, during your stay. This includes chairs, picnic tables and any and all furniture in the house.
-Grill downstairs on the patio area only. Grilling on the deck is prohibited and against Galveston County ordinance. PLEASE CLEAN THE GRILL AFTER USE
-If you go to the beach, please rinse sand off in the shower under the house. Leave your sandy shoes on the deck by the front door.
-Do not flush feminine hygiene products, or anything other than what is expected to be flushed down the toilet, it will damage the septic system.
-Do not pour grease down the drains.
-If something is accidentally broken, let me know ASAP. (We understand that accidents occur and things can be broken. If this happens, please contact us so we can replace or repair damaged items. However, if damage occurs due to malicious or careless behavior, responsibility for replacement or repairs may be at renters’ expense.)
-Please lock doors upon departure.
-If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days.
-If renter must cancel due to tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, full refund will be given. If renter must evacuate during their stay due to tropical storm/hurricane, they will be credited for all days lost.
-We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises, nor are the owners responsible for loss or damage of personal property of renters.

• By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
• The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is at visitor’s own risk.
