Pick this one when half your group wants to soak in a hot tub while the other half gathers around a fire pit, both just steps apart but never on top of each other. Two full homes mean nobody splits a single kitchen or living room between 24 people. Bubbles holds four bedrooms built around an open-concept kitchen and living room, with bar stool seating at the island and a sofa and armchairs for the group to unwind.

Its rooftop deck is the showpiece here, with a hot tub lit up at night and lounge seating looking out over the skyline. Sparks mirrors it with four more bedrooms and its own kitchen and living room, but trades the hot tub for a rooftop fire pit and gas grill, plus a comic-art inspired room with its own themed wallpaper and a doorway out to the balcony.

A workspace nook with a desk, chair, and lamp gives either home a quiet corner for anyone who needs to log on. Spend the day downtown near Broadway, grill out as the skyline lights up at dusk, then split between the hot tub and the fire pit before everyone heads back to their own bed. The Misfit Homes team manages the booking and stays reachable if anything comes up during your stay.
