Come kick back and enjoy the island vibes in this newly renovated studio right in Coronado Village and also just a short 5 to 10-minute walk to Coronado Beach.
After your day down at the beach, stopping at the local restaurants, or taking a boat ride around San Diego bay, come back and chill out by the BBQ, go for a relaxing scooter ride, then laying your head down on our comfy memory foam topped queen bed.

-The place is nestled in the famous Coronado Village, just steps to fabulous restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, and only a couple blocks from the famous Coronado white sandy beaches.
-We have a limited number of parking spots in a private garage for $25 per night, depending on availability. Let us know if you'd like to reserve one! (The parking garage's clearance is 6 feet, 6 inches.)
-Freshly renovated condo complete right across the bay from downtown San Diego with a queen-sized bed.
-Enjoy the at-home movie experience with a 40" Smart TV in the living room/sleeping area.
-Enjoy the private bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen.
-Relaxing patio out front to enjoy under the Cali sun!
-There is a shared coin washer and dryer at the complex for the unit.
-There is currently Mini Split AC at the unit.
-Each unit comes with a beach wagon which includes beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, and sand toys!
Nestled in the famous Coronado Village, the neighborhood is surrounded by shopping centers, fabulous restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, and only a couple blocks from the famous Coronado white sandy beaches.
We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and protect your stay:
-All homes are equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party partner. This system monitors the level of noise within the home to help us comply with Good Neighbor policies. This system does not record anything in the home – it only measures the volume of noise.
-Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We do provide make-up removal pads for your convenience!
