Located within the prestigious Schaffer’s Mill community of Truckee and positioned across from the scenic 7th hole, this beautifully updated home blends mountain modern design, thoughtful amenities, and curated guest experiences with the comfort and warmth Tahoe is known for.
Whether you are heading to Northstar for first tracks, spending summer days on Lake Tahoe, exploring Downtown Truckee, or simply relaxing around the firepit after a day of adventure, The Overlook is designed to make Tahoe easy to enjoy.

With a private hot tub, firepit, golf cart, lake gear, two separate living areas, dedicated workspaces, premium bedding, and a thoughtfully stocked kitchen, the home offers a more complete Tahoe experience with less packing and more time enjoying the mountains.

Tahoe’s beauty comes with unpredictability, including storms, wildfire conditions, changing lake conditions, and occasional service interruptions. Refunds for such issues are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Our cancellation policy is firm. No refunds for weather, road conditions, or air quality. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. Guests planning to use lake or outdoor gear should also consider weather, road, parking, and lake conditions when planning activities.
