Ultimate Kiawah Property! 107 Goldeneye Dr is the quintessential Kiawah vacation house, with total luxury inside and amazing exterior space to enjoy. With seven spacious bedrooms there is plenty of room for everyone! Located on a gorgeous homesite on a quiet cul-de-sac that offers privacy while providing a beautiful golf course view. With windows across the back of the home and a second-floor sundeck, the home was designed to showcase superb views of Osprey Point’s 16th fairway. The outdoor living area, which include a pool, waterfall spa, gazebo with a full summer kitchen including plenty of seating at the bar or outdoor dining table, a screened porch, and multiple decks take full advantage of the stunning surroundings. There is also a screened porch that offers another dining area and overlooks the back patio.
A circular brick entrance leads to the striking entry that welcome you inside this unique, one-of-a-kind custom designed home. The interior is comfortable yet elegant and features an oversized great room with plenty of space for a large group to gather or watch a big game on the new 70” flat screen TV. The living room, kitchen/breakfast area, and master suite offer picture windows to the backyard and golf course views. The fully equipped kitchen includes an island and bar for gathering in conversation while meals are prepared. There is a dining room (seats 10), butlers pantry just off the dining room with wine cooler and 2nd dishwasher, and a study. The laundry room has its own access from the screened porch with two dryers and a fridge too so you can come in from the pool, dry towels, and grab a drink.
The primary suite, also on the first floor, is a personal sanctuary featuring a fairway view and glass doors to the deck. The spa-like bath pampers and rejuvenates with his and her vanities, a tile shower, and a soaking tub. There is a sizeable second master also on the main level with a king bed and ensuite bath.
Upstairs, a media room with wet bar is the perfect place for guests to convene, sit back, and relax. Four guest bedrooms, two with their own individual balconies and two with access to the upstairs deck, also have private bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, two have queen beds, the fourth has two twins. On the third level, a crow’s nest has been designed to hold 4 twin sized built-in beds with drawers – a spacious ‘bunk room’ for guests of all ages.
This will be a home that you will want to come back to again and again. The quiet street has bike trails leading off of it and the wonderful Kiawah beach is less than 5 minutes by bike or 10 minutes walking. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available at Boardwalk #38, a 4 minute bike ride away!
Garage, fireplace, and the pool/spa heating are not available for guest use. No pets, no smoking, and no events, no exceptions will be made.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities. Free Wireless Internet; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
