The Living Room includes a Queen sofa bed (Sleeper sofa sleeps 2) with Two (2) folding memory foam bed (Twin size), 2 club chairs, an entertainment center with a flat panel LCD TV, DVD/VCR player, CD stereo system, a dining area with seating for four and a work desk with lamp and your choice of wired or wireless Internet access.

The gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans. The kitchen features Shaker-style birch cabinets and tile floors, granite counter tops and full-size Energy Star GE s stainless steel appliances (four burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side full-size refrigerator with ice maker), toaster, and coffee maker. Coffee, tea and sweeteners are provided. Parking is free for our monthly guests. Otherwise, please spare $45 for parking (full day access)— underground garage.

-Note: If you need a folding bed, you need to let us know at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to your arrival. We'll try to accommodate your same-day request as much as we can, but it's not guaranteed if not planned unfortunately.

• Each guest have 1-2 hours to check the apartment and send us a message in case of anything missing/unclean so we can verify and react to ensure smooth check in process and comfortable stay. Any requests after this time-frame will be postponed until next day, thank you for understanding and cooperation

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any lost, misplaced, or undelivered packages, and any packages ordered before check-in will be returned to the sender.
