Located in the tranquil and scenic mountain town of Mountain Green, this townhome is part of the Roam community and features access to great amenities, a short drive to Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Valley ski resorts, and boundless trails and acres to hike, bike, snowmobile, fish, ski, and otherwise explore.

Our 4 bed (+ Full pullout), 3.5 bath home offers space for gathering IN, and the location for adventuring OUT whether its a snowy wintry day or a sunshine soaked Summer day.

Come snow, sun, or whatever may be this Crafty Casitas home is the place to be! With 4 bedrooms you'll have space for all your favorite people. On the ground floor you'll have a king suite, then upstairs on the third floor you have a queen bedroom and a double-queen bunkroom that share a full bathroom, then the second king suite upstairs rounds out the bedrooms. As a bonus you'll also have access to a full bed as a pullout in the living room. The second floor features the kitchen, living, and dining areas along with an office nook and a walk-out patio with furniture and a fire pit.

Right out the front door of The Foxtrot you'll find a playspace for the kiddos and a outdoor fireplace. To the right and about 20 steps further you'll be at the communities 2 pickleball courts, grill and chill area, firepit, hot tub, and (seasonally available) pool and 2nd spa.

You'll have access to the whole home, including the 2 car garage, except for a two closets throughout the home.

We're local and happy to recommend good things and troubleshoot or riff back and forth as needed. We will default to giving you your space and checking in intermittently.

Amenities like the fire pits, grill and chill areas, pickleball courts, pool, and spas are all community amenities limited to owners and guests of the Roam HOA. So, please expect others to share these awesome amenities alongisde of you and seek to be a great member of the community while you're with us.

Also please note that some amenities, like the pool and the south hot tub, are closed in the winter seasons. Others, like the pickleball courts, grill and chill area, and the north hot tub, are year round amenities.
