This condo is located on Seawall Boulevard and has direct beach access across the street. Walk to local restaurants and a hypermarket, or drive to the historic downtown area. Discover roller coasters at Pleasure Pier and water slides at Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
Prep beach snacks with ease - your kitchenette includes a two-burner stovetop, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, waffle iron, and sink. Extra perks include central AC as well as a bunk nook and sofa bed for extra sleeping space.
Things to know
The Victorian requires a $30 resort fee for all reservations, good for up to two weeks. Guests pay the resort fee directly to The Victorian HOA at their front office upon arrival. The resort fee covers up to two vehicles, fitness center and hot tub gate codes, and guest pool bands of up to six for two-bedrooms rentals and eight for three-bedroom rentals. The Victorian requires an additional $10 for additional pool bands over the allotted amount.
