When you stay in our villa you have access to the heated pool, private backyard, and bbq. Our home is yours while you are here.

Our private concierge will be on-premise to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
You'll be within a quick drive to the beach, local restaurants, and shops. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation & Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Parking space is available inside our home. We recommend a car.
• No parties or events are permitted in this residence.
• Outdoor grill is available and can be used during your stay.

• Pets: Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed.
