Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests across 6 spacious bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, Villa Esperanza features sweeping ocean views, a private pool and spa, beautifully landscaped gardens, and a sunken fire pit. Just a short stroll from one of the region's rare swimmable beaches and including access to the Dunes Club by Palmilla, this estate offers the ultimate setting for an unforgettable Baja vacation.

Villa Esperanza offers sprawling, light-filled living areas that seamlessly connect indoor sophistication with private outdoor lounging spaces.

The interior layout and bedroom configurations include:

• Living & Culinary Areas: Expansive living and dining rooms featuring ocean views, an indoor bar with an ice maker, an indoor water feature with a hammock, and a state-of-the-art gourmet chef's kitchen fully equipped with a center island, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and full fridge/freezer.
• The Bedroom Suites: Six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and Smart TV. The main-level Master Suite features 1 King bed, a dedicated desk/workspace, en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and direct terrace access. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 5 each feature 1 plush King bed with private terrace access. Bedroom 4 is a spacious Family Suite equipped with 2 King beds and direct access to the pool terrace. Bedroom 6 offers flexible group accommodations with 2 trundle beds (Full and Twin configurations).

Please Note: Elements of the villa change from time-to-time. This can include, but is not limited to: furniture, finishes, appliances, new homes/structures, and/or foliage that may block the view. We strive to update our photos when a major element changes the villa's look and feel, but cannot be held responsible for damaged items that need to be replaced to ensure the comfort of our guests and/or plant growth. Please discuss this with your villa specialist and they will be happy to confirm photos or send you updated images to ensure your villa selection is an informed decision.

Additional Information:

• House Rules & Booking Policies: Standard check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• Villa Esperanza enforces a strict no-smoking policy across all indoor and outdoor areas. Violation of this policy carries a $500 USD penalty.
• Pets are not permitted on the property.
• Private events up to 10:00 PM are permitted with prior authorization and applicable fees. Base rates cover up to 12 guests, with an additional per-person, per-night fee applying for extra guests.
• Taxes & Security Deposit: Rental rates are subject to 16% VAT, 4% Lodging Tax, and a $15 USD per night Environmental Sanitation fee.
• A refundable security deposit equal to a 1-night stay rate is required prior to arrival.
• Access to the Dunes Club by Palmilla is included for up to 6 guests, with additional guests accommodated at special club rates.
