If you love the outdoors, you’re in the perfect spot — the Withlacoochee State Bike Trail is just moments away, giving you easy access to one of Florida’s most scenic routes.
Please note that this growing neighborhood is still developing, so the roads aren’t paved just yet. What you will find, however, is a quiet and private retreat where you can truly relax. For everyone’s comfort, our villa is fully pet-free and smoke-free. If you’d like to enjoy the pool year-round, we’re happy to offer optional pool heating for an additional fee.
With its wonderful location, we do recommend having a car so you can explore Inverness and the surrounding area at your leisure.
