This bright, coastal-chic retreat sits literally on the beach in the exclusive Villa Sanibel community, with just twenty units. Step outside your front door and you’re in the sand on the beach! No roads to cross, no long walks — the beach is your front yard. There is a private screened patio with comfortable furnishings to sit and enjoy the weather and Sanibel’s beauty. Your private parking spot is right behind the unit, outside the lanai/screened patio, that you can see from the inside, this condo is as convenient as it is breathtaking.

Inside, the light-filled space is thoughtfully designed with fresh coastal furnishings. The open living area features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and smart TV, while the brand-new kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick snacks to sunset dinners. A full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience.
