Just Renovated Jan 2023l!! Bright Haus Retreat at the Village at Breckenridge Resort and Ski Area is located at the base of Peak 9, next to the Quicksilver Lift, where the mountain meets the beautiful Historic town of Breckenridge. The condo is on the 6th floor and has a large balcony off the 2nd bedroom and living room provides beautiful views of the Ten Mile mountain range, twenty miles down the Blue River Valley and Historic Breckenridge city lights at night. The condo is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized and adheres to the State and County public health guidelines.

Parking is not included in the room rate. Many guests arrive by shuttle. Parking at The Village Breckenridge in the heated garage is limited. Please let us know how you will be arriving and if you need a parking permit in the heated garage under the condo complex and we can check for availability. Parking permit rate is $25 summer52/nt winter seasons . Parking rates can change without notice.
The Heatlh Club, Pools and Hots Tubs close for annual maintenance the first or second week in May annually.
