Village at Breckenridge Resort! The view is stunning - wake up every morning to the beautiful Rocky Mountains right out your window.
The Bear's Den is a cozy studio condo with a King bed and comfy sofa sleeper that can easily sleep 4.
The location is the best in town! Just steps from the Quicksilver lift on Peak 9, ski school, hiking trails, and abundance of local shopping and award winning restaurants!
Our condo offers home-like comfort, beautiful views, and a conveniently central location at the base of Peak 9. It is ideally positioned next to the slopes and is only steps from the Quicksilver Super Chair and ski school. You will love being within walking distance of Main Street where you will enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife, and all that Breckenridge has to offer. Our bright 400 square foot studio is designed to make the most out of the cozy space. Sleeps up to 4 people in a King bed with a memory foam mattress and a comfy Queen sleeper sofa. We also have an AC unit to help keep the unit cool during our hot summer months (not traditional for most units in the area)
BUILDING AMENITIES
Health Club/Gym just two floors down and is open from 10am-10pm and includes:
-Indoor/outdoor pool with kiddie slide
-4 outdoor hot tubs
-Game room
-Newly remodeled fitness room
-Sauna, Steam Room, and Locker Room
You will have access to all areas. There are no extra charges for using the resort amenities. Towels are provided. Use the locker room to change and/or keep your belongings while you work out or lounge poolside.
Because the Village at Breckenridge is located in the heart of it all and right next to the Breckenridge Sports Rentals shop, season pass/lift ticket office, Ski/Snowboard School, Urgent Care, and Maggie Pond, shopping, and restaurants, no car is required. The free shuttle service will take you to other destinations if you wish to venture out to Frisco, Keystone, Copper, or A-Basin.
No car necessary! The unit is just a short walk from Main Street and the Peak 9 Quicksilver chairlift. If traveling from out-of-town we strongly recommend using one of the many convenient door-to-door, airport shuttle services to avoid the hassle of parking.

Request for parking must be made in advance for the private garage as there is limited availability and reservations fill up quickly. Parking is not guaranteed and available for 1 vehicle only.
Reservations will default to "No Parking Needed" unless you message us to request parking at least 48 hrs prior to your arrival.
Offsite parking: search "breckpark" for all paid/free parking options in the area.
