Overlooking Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline, Residence 2309 at W Miami offers a bright and comfortable space in the heart of the city’s Brickell district. With southern exposure, the residence enjoys abundant natural light and wide views of the water and surrounding downtown area.

Inside, the home provides approximately 953 square feet of living space and features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living room that opens to a private balcony. The layout also includes an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience during extended stays. The bathroom is prepared with premium toiletries and amenities similar to those found in luxury hotels. Entertainment options include multiple televisions, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests staying in this private residence can enjoy the amenities available within the building. The 15th-floor pool deck offers a sun-filled setting with a cocktail bar and panoramic views of the city. Additional facilities include the Icon Brickell Spa with its water lounge, sauna, and steam room, the FIT fitness center, and the ADDIKT restaurant serving international cuisine. Valet parking is available at the standard hotel rate, with hourly rates determined by the property. One complimentary parking space is included for reservations of 29 nights or longer, although vehicle registration and a parking decal are required on-site. Pets may be permitted according to building rules and require prior approval along with applicable fees.

This residence is privately owned and is not operated or managed by the condominium or hotel operator.

Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

• One complimentary valet parking spot for reservations 29 days or more. Guest must register the vehicle & purchase a parking decal for $25 onsite.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval. The Icon Condominium charges an additional $150 pet fee paid directly upon arrival. For stays longer than 29 nights there is an additional $50 DNA swab fee per dog. If dog waste is found, there will be a $100 fee per violation applied.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
