Covering approximately 1,026 square feet, the residence is arranged to feel open yet comfortably defined. The primary bedroom provides a private retreat, while the separate den creates additional flexibility for guests. A full bathroom and a powder room enhance convenience, particularly for longer stays or entertaining.

The living area extends outward to a private balcony, where city lights and ocean breezes shape the mood from day to evening. A complete kitchen allows for in-residence dining, and an in-unit washer and dryer support everyday ease. Televisions, cable access, and high-speed wireless internet maintain seamless connection throughout the space. Bathrooms are prepared with quality toiletries and essential comforts upon arrival.

Guests may enjoy W South Beach’s distinctive amenities, including the vibrant WET pool deck, the adults-only Mini WET pool, direct beach access along South Beach’s white sand shoreline, the AWAY Spa, and the FIT fitness center. When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself with the wonderful hotel amenities, which include:

Beginning August 19, the hotel will temporarily suspend operations and transition to a limited-operations period.

While major construction is currently anticipated to begin in mid-November, guests may see preparatory work, maintenance, or property improvements before then. As a result, there may be occasional noise or temporary restrictions in certain areas of the property during your stay.

Direct beach access will remain available throughout this period. The resort pool is currently expected to remain open until approximately mid-November; however, availability may be limited and is subject to change based on the property's construction schedule and operational requirements.

Please note that hotel amenities and services will be highly limited during this time. Restaurants, bars, spa services, hotel programming, valet, and other resort services may be unavailable or subject to limited operating hours.

To reflect these temporary changes, nightly rates have been discounted. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you for a relaxing beachfront stay.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road and plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Parking is Valet at regular hotel valet rate.
• Room service not available.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $265 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% administrative processing fee.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
