This expansive 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat features open-plan living, a fully outfitted kitchenette, and a private balcony that showcases incredible water vistas — perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Inside, you’ll find plush bedding (1 King, 1 Queen, plus a Queen sofa bed), sophisticated décor, and relaxing living spaces designed with comfort and style in mind.

Beginning August 19, the hotel will temporarily suspend operations and transition to a limited-operations period.
While major construction is currently anticipated to begin in mid-November, guests may see preparatory work, maintenance, or property improvements before then. As a result, there may be occasional noise or temporary restrictions in certain areas of the property during your stay.
Direct beach access will remain available throughout this period. The resort pool is currently expected to remain open until approximately mid-November; however, availability may be limited and is subject to change based on the property's construction schedule and operational requirements.
Please note that hotel amenities and services will be highly limited during this time. Restaurants, bars, spa services, hotel programming, valet, and other resort services may be unavailable or subject to limited operating hours.
To reflect these temporary changes, nightly rates have been discounted. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you for a relaxing beachfront stay.
GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.
GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Parking is available at hotel valet rate.
• Room service is not available.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $275 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information
• Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% administrative processing fee.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
