Guests have full access to the first-floor apartment, which includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, workspace and dining area.

• NO SMOKING ALLOWED of any kind (including vapes). Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 fee and cancelation of booking.

• NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS. We do not allow visitors at the property. Only registered guests may occupy the space.

• PARKING: We provide 1 reserved parking spot, subject to availability. It is $10/day up to a flat fee of $40 for stays longer than 4 days. There is also adequate street parking available.
