The jungle area is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including coatis, iguanas, birds, occasional monkeys, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. 

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

No Fishing
Fishing from the shores of any Akumal beach is strictly prohibited. This regulation is in place to protect local marine life and preserve the natural environment.

Wear Reef-Safe Sunscreen
Reef-safe sunscreen is strongly recommended to protect the local ecosystem. Some cenotes do not allow any sunscreen at all, so it’s best to check specific site guidelines before visiting.

Wildlife Interaction
Direct contact with turtles or any other marine animals is strictly prohibited. These protections help preserve the delicate balance of the area's natural habitats.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool is available year-round, and pool amenities are provided. However, please note that the pool is NOT heated and covered.

During stays, the pool is typically cleaned every other day. If more frequent cleaning is needed, arrangements can be made upon request.
