Set on 44 private acres in the hills above Alexander Valley, this is not your typical wine country rental. This is a working ranch, a full resort, and a private escape — all in one.
Sleep up to 8 guests across multiple living areas designed for groups who want to gather without feeling on top of each other. The wrap-around porch, sunroom, enclosed dining porch, and multiple indoor living areas give everyone room to spread out while staying connected.
At the heart of it all is a chef's kitchen built for people who love to cook and entertain — open, social, and designed to make everything from lazy breakfasts to long dinner parties feel effortless.
Outside, the property is a world of its own. Spend the day by the pool and hot tub, organize a pickleball tournament, challenge the group to bocce in the Game Barn, or let the kids loose in the Playbarn. When you're ready to slow down, explore the property's private trails, visit the horses, unwind by the seasonal pond, or find a quiet corner in the Art Barn.
Most guests arrive with a full itinerary of Healdsburg restaurants and Alexander Valley wineries. Most end up spending more time on the ranch than they planned.
When you do venture out, Healdsburg, Geyserville, and some of Sonoma County's most celebrated wineries are just minutes away.
Mornings begin with coffee on the porch overlooking the valley. Afternoons stretch out by the pool. Evenings end around the fire pit beneath a sky full of stars.
