This charming property is available, minimally, for 6 months to 1 year, but a 1 year lease is preferred. West View offers the perfect blend of privacy, style, comfort, and convenience, all just 15 minutes from downtown Great Barrington and/or Stockbridge.

Outside: There is a lovely sun deck just off the living room with seating and propane BBQ grill, and a private yard perfect for outdoor games.
The lower level is fully finished and offers guests a sweet media room with smart TV and wood burning stove.
