The exterior of this lovely house has been freshly painted a modern gray. There is a lovely side yard, which is perfect for out door games, a garage and plenty of parking for up to 5 cars! One step into West View and you know this is a well loved and well maintained home, and you'll love the stylish decor and thoughtful details throughout! This charming property is available, minimally, for 6 months to 1 year, but a 1 year lease is preferred. West View offers the perfect blend of privacy, style, comfort, and convenience, all just 15 minutes from downtown Great Barrington and/or Stockbridge.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances the home chef needs including a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, kettle, electric range, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The dining room table seats for 6+ and there is a small laundry room off the kitchen on the main floor as well for convenience.
Outside: There is a lovely sun deck just off the living room with seating and propane BBQ grill, and a private yard perfect for outdoor games.
The lower level is fully finished and offers guests a sweet media room with smart TV and wood burning stove.
There is an attached 1 car garage and a private driveway with additional off-street parking for up to 5 cars!
