The Emerald Mountain Residence at One Steamboat Place offers luxury accommodations with great valley views over the ski resort entrance. One Steamboat Place has a premier location near the Steamboat Plaza and gondola, offering guests easy access to the ski mountain.
This private residence features a large living area overlooking the pool with open valley views before you. The open floor plan connects the living and dining areas to the kitchen with space for the entire group to gather.
Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout, this living area includes a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable couches for relaxing after a day on the mountain.
A beautiful kitchen design has everything the aspiring chef in your group could wish for including Viking appliances. Or grill outside year-round on the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.
One Steamboat Place residences are designed for entertaining. There is seating for 8 at the dining table and room to seat more at the kitchen island.
All One Steamboat Place residences feature rich colors, natural textures, and sumptuous fabrics throughout the home. Each primary bedroom offers a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. The attached bath features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. In this residence 2 bedrooms offer a king bed with private bath. The third bedroom offers two full beds. The fourth bedroom offers a qQueen bed. All bedrooms have a private bathroom.
The home office boasts high speed Wi-Fi allowing Internet service for all guests.

One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
