A fully furnished 1 bedroom some units includes breathtaking views of DC and oversized floor plans. This community is conveniently located in the Courthouse neighborhood, just one block from the Courthouse metro station and on the edge of the Clarendon neighborhood. Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation with out refund.
Some buildings or insurance providers require that Sojourn collect identification from its guest. You agree to provide this information upon the confirmation of your booking to the reservation can be cancelled. This policy is also in place to keep you and our guests and tenants safe.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted any where in the interior of our building or within thirty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Outdoor Pool Information for Courtland Towers
The outdoor pool is scheduled to open on Saturday, May 23.
Pool Hours:
• Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Weekends & Holidays: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Pool passes (wristbands) may be picked up from the front desk anytime after 9:00 AM starting Thursday, May 14 and onwards.
Please note:
• Lost pool passes are subject to a $25 replacement fee.
Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
