A fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath. This home comes outfitted with one King and two twin beds. We are happy to set up the two twin beds as one bed with a full 2 days notice. This community is conveniently located in the Courthouse neighborhood, just one block from the Courthouse metro station and on the edge of the Clarendon neighborhood. Great restaurants, shopping and a weekly farmer's market are just a few of the amenities this neighborhood has to offer. We offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units as well as studio apartments. Our newly modernized furnished units are designed specifically for the traveler who wants the comfort of home while visiting the DC metro area. The local design experts assisted in the choice of furniture, fixtures, household goods, colors, and artwork. Outdoor Pool Information for Courtland Towers
The outdoor pool is scheduled to open on Saturday, May 23.
Pool Hours:
• Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Weekends & Holidays: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Pool passes (wristbands) may be picked up from the front desk anytime after 9:00 AM starting Thursday, May 14 and onwards.
Please note:
• Lost pool passes are subject to a $25 replacement fee.
Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
