"Villa Gardenia is an exquisite hilltop villa overlooking Mandahl Bay on St. Thomas’ Great Northside. This luxurious three-bedroom villa boasts impeccable furnishings and newly landscaped gardens with walking paths that create visual delights inside and out. The garden features a bubbling fountain and koi pond (currently not in service), while the covered veranda offers a relaxing space to meditate or enjoy the ocean views.

Villa Gardenia’s exceptional kitchen provides all the space and accoutrements needed to craft gourmet meals or simple casual fare. A social place in the heart of the home, the kitchen has granite countertops along three sides, with bar stools along one side for coffee, cocktails, or conversation. At its center is a five-burner gas range, two electric ovens, a microwave, and an array of implements and utensils that would satisfy even the most discriminating chef. A screened door off the kitchen opens to a south-facing terrace, a private walled patio with sofa, lounge chairs, and table seating for six. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or sunbathe in the afternoon. A marble-tiled powder room is nearby. The villa is equipped with high-speed internet, free whole-house WiFi, and a 27 kW generator. The laundry room is just off the kitchen and also contains a wine cooler.

Three bedrooms, each featuring its own ensuite bath, are located off the great room. The master suite features a king-size Select Comfort Sleep Number bed and a luxurious bathroom with two sinks, granite countertops, marble floors and walls, a raised tub, and a roomy shower. Bedroom two includes a queen bed, while bedroom three features two twin-sized beds - or a king (when converted). Both secondary bedrooms have full marble baths with glass-enclosed showers.

Guests receive daily maid service Monday through Friday. This villa is surrounded by a six-foot-high concrete wall in a peaceful residential area, making it a favorite of families, couples, and professionals seeking a most exceptional island experience. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid, less any/all 3rd party transaction or processing fees where applicable. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the beginning of rental forfeit the 50% deposit made at the time of booking, less any/all 3rd party transaction or processing fees wherever applicable. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the beginning of stay forfeit the total amount due for the duration of the stay."
