This home has three stories.
The main floor features a large kitchen, 2 half bathrooms, a TV/Living Room, Dining Room, a second TV/Living Room, and a large Master bedroom.
The upstairs has 5 bedrooms, plus a bonus room with a pullout couch.
There is a full laundry room on the top floor, equipped with a washer & dryer.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Guests will receive a keypad code the day prior or the morning of their reservation date.
A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.
ACTIVITIES, DINING, DRINKS:
IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.
Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.
Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
