Inside the Home
Step into a bright open layout with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room designed for gathering. The ground floor also features a king bedroom with ensuite bath, plus a half bath for guests. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 more bedrooms - 2 with queen beds and 1 with twin beds - sharing a full bath. Thoughtful touches throughout make it easy to settle in and feel at home.
The Outdoor Retreat
The yard between the homes is yours exclusively: a heated and chilled pool with lounge seating, a shaded gazebo with dining table and ceiling fans, an outdoor TV, a grill, and a ping pong table. This is where mornings stretch out over coffee, afternoons drift by poolside, and evenings come alive under the string lights.

For added convenience, a Tesla EV charger is located on site.
Please take note that the back house is not included in this listing, and guests are not permitted to access it or its backyard. If you’d like to book both homes together (subject to availability), please reach out to us.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
