This Wander is situation on a ranch, which is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including longhorns and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 10 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors.

This home contains features that may be difficult for wheelchair-bound guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property. Some wheelchair accessibility features, including a pool ramp, are installed in the home.

There is a creek that occasionally runs on the property, and a natural pond that will appear unless there are drought conditions in the area. Please make sure to supervise children and pets outdoors at all times.

The minimum age to book this home is 28.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The pool heating fee in this home is $300 per 3 days from May to September and $500 per 3 days from October to April. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Security Deposit

A $1,000 refundable security deposit will have to be provided to the property manager for incidentals during your stay.
