This East Austin retreat was designed with the polish of a boutique hotel and the intimacy of a private residence. Inside, curated textures and thoughtful details create a calm backdrop, while the private indoor infrared sauna invites a ritual of restoration. Step outside and the atmosphere shifts - string-lit evenings in the hot tub, fireside conversations that linger past midnight, and open-air dining that turns every meal into an occasion.
Four bedrooms balance comfort with design. The primary suite features a king bed. A second room offers flexibility, with 2 twin beds that are pushed together to create one large king bed. Another queen bedroom provides understated elegance, while the wellness room blends function and escape with a queen bed alongside the sauna. Each queen bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom. Each space is finished with Smart TVs and plush bedding for indulgent rest.
The kitchen is designed for connection, opening onto two alfresco dining areas and a grill made for long evenings under the sky. Coffee stations throughout the home bring ease to mornings, while ultra-fast Google Fiber ensures everything from streaming to remote work flows without interruption.
Positioned ten minutes from both downtown and the airport, and surrounded by Austin’s most vibrant dining, music, and nightlife, the home is an ideal base for SXSW, ACL, or a weekend of discovery. More than a place to stay, it’s a crafted experience - equal parts energizing and restorative, grounded in Austin’s unique rhythm.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 9 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
