Here are some things which you should know before booking Wander Austin Modern
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
A pool technician will visit the exterior of the property on Mondays or Tuesdays weekly to maintain the pool. A landscaping contractor will visit every other Tuesday to take care of the lawn. Rest assured, the crew members will not intrude on your privacy during your stay.
You must be at least 28 years old to book this home.
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
You may grant home access to external vendors, but please make the Concierge aware well in advance if externally hired services will be on the property.
Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
