We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

The cul-de-sac entry into this property is extremely steep and not recommended for smaller, low-to-ground cars, such as sedans.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The pool is open for heating year-round at an additional fee of $100 per day. Meanwhile, the hot tub can be heated for an additional $100 per stay.

Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Checkout Policy

The checkout time is at 10 AM. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we are unable to accommodate late checkouts at this Wander.
