This property does not have child-proofing features. Children should not roam free on decks, climb on furniture, hang out of windows, use the pool/spa without adult supervision, or engage in other unsupervised activities.
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
The pool heating fee in this home is $300 per 3 days from May to September and $500 per 3 days from October to April. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
Security Deposit
A $2,500 refundable security deposit via credit card will have to be provided to the property manager for incidentals during your stay. The credit card holder must be 25 or above upon check-in.
Damage Waiver Fee
A $99 damage waiver fee will be required to cover incidentals.
