Welcome to the Austin Icon Estate by ABOVE Vacation Residences. This luxury multi-level home features a central living room with a TV & bar area, chef’s kitchen & den. The primary bedroom is on the top level & has a lovely sitting area with a cozy balcony. Each bedroom offers lake views, has a private bathroom & is separated from the main living areas offering quiet retreats. For the kid in all of us, some closets even have slides taking you down each floor. FUN! The lush backyard features a beautiful pool surrounded by 4 lounge chairs, sitting & dining areas. A separate patio offers lake access with SUP boards and kayaks & perfect spot for a boat pick up. In the front courtyard, guests can play a game of basketball. This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 18 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which are set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.” Boat and Jet Ski tie up is available with advanced approval.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
